You can choose whether the card is:
Directly send to the contact's mailbox* or on a webpage (mandatory for an animated e-card): the contact receive an invitation to visit the webpage by e-mail
This e-mail can also be specially customized/designed for you:
To send it by e-mail, you can choose amongst several methods:
1. You send your e-card
We provide you :
- the e-card by email : you forward it to your customers/contacts*
- usefull files to be used with your sending engine (e.g.: emailing software)
2. We send your e-card
In this case, we use our e-mailing engine with the hereunder features :
- mail merging : language, Dear Sir, Dear Madam, etc.
- statistics reports
- managing bounced e-mail (out of office, unknow email, etc.)
- removing multiple occurence of the same address
Needed file format to input in our e-mailing engine : MS Access, Excel, CSV. Other format on request.
* Can be stopped by any ANTI-SPAM systems on the destination server.

Creation steps
- Meeting / Brain-storming on the content and forms
